Smiths Timber will then review the order and approve the order, we aim to do this within 5- 10 minutes During Office hours of receiving your order, depending on staff availability.

All orders within our Local Area will be Automatically Approved unless any Products within your basket are on Back Order.

Please Note Outside of Offices Hours Approval times maybe be slightly longer.

The reason we have to approve your order is because, Due to the Nature and size of our products some are only available for Local Delivery or Collection and has to be done on a individual Bases.

You do not need to stay on the website while your order is waiting for approval.

You will receive a payment link via email to pay online. Please check Junk or Spam Folders

You will then receive a Order Acknowledge email during shop opening hours to confirm your Order and Delivery or Collection Date
